[342.11] LICENSES; FEES. <br />34.2 (a) The office shall require the payment of application fees, initial licensing fees, and <br />34.3 renewal licensing fees as provided in this section. The initial license fee shall include the <br />34.4 fee for initial issuance of the license and the first annual renewal. The renewal fee shall be <br />34.5 charged at the time of the second renewal and each subsequent annual renewal thereafter. <br />34.6 Nothing in this section prohibits a local unit of government from charging the retailer <br />34.7 registration fee established in section 342.22. Application fees, initial licensing fees, and <br />34.8 renewal licensing fees are nonrefundable. <br />34.9 (b) Application and licensing fees shall be as follows: <br />34.10 (1) for a cannabis microbusiness: <br />34.11 (i) an application fee of $500; <br />34.12 (ii) an initial license fee of $0; and <br />34.13 (iii) a renewal license fee of $2,000; <br />34.14 (2) for a cannabis mezzobusiness: <br />34.15 (i) an application fee of $5,000; <br />34.16 (ii) an initial license fee of $5,000; and <br />34.17 (iii) a renewal license fee of $10,000; <br />34.18 (3) for a cannabis cultivator: <br />34.19 (i) an application fee of $10,000; <br />34.20 (ii) an initial license fee of $20,000; and <br />34.21 (iii) a renewal license fee of $30,000; <br />34.22 <br />(4) for a cannabis manufacturer: <br />34.23 <br />(i) an application fee of $10,000; <br />34.24 <br />(ii) an initial license fee of $10,000; and <br />34.25 <br />(iii) a renewal license fee of $20,000; <br />34.26 (5) for a cannabis retailer: <br />34.27 (i) an application fee of $2,500; <br />34.28 (ii) an initial license fee of $2,500; and <br />34.29 (iii) a renewal license fee of $5,000; <br />Article 1 Sec. 11. 34 <br />
