HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />36.1 <br />(13) for a medical cannabis cultivator: <br />36.2 <br />(i) an application fee of $250; <br />36.3 <br />(ii) an initial license fee of $0; and <br />36.4 <br />(iii) a renewal license fee of $0; <br />36.5 <br />(14) for a medical cannabis processor: <br />36.6 <br />(i) an application fee of $250; <br />36.7 <br />(ii) an initial license fee of $0; and <br />36.8 <br />(iii) a renewal license fee of $0; and <br />36.9 (15) for a medical cannabis retailer: <br />36.10 (i) an application fee of $250; <br />36.11 (ii) an initial license fee of $0; and <br />36.12 (iii) a renewal license fee of $0. <br />36.13 Sec. 12. [342.12] LICENSES; TRANSFERS; ADJUSTMENTS. <br />36.14 (a) Licenses issued under this chapter may not be transferred. A new license must be <br />36.15 obtained when: <br />36.16 (1) the form of the licensee's legal business structure converts or changes to a different <br />36.17 type of legal business structure; <br />36.18 (2) the licensee dissolves, consolidates, or merges with another legal organization; <br />36.19 (3) within the previous 24 months, 50 percent or more of the licensee is transferred by <br />36.2o a single transaction or multiple transactions to: <br />36.21 (i) another person or legal organization; or <br />36.22 (ii) a person or legal organization who had less than a five percent ownership interest <br />36.23 in the licensee at the time of the first transaction; or <br />36.24 (4) any other event or combination of events that results in a substitution, elimination, <br />36.25 or withdrawal of the licensee's responsibility for the operation of the licensee. <br />36.26 (b) Licenses must be renewed annually. <br />36.27 (c) License holders may petition the office to adjust the tier of a license issued within a <br />36.28 license category provided that the license holder meets all applicable requirements. <br />Article 1 Sec. 12. 36 <br />
