HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1­10100-9 <br />62.1 method of extraction and concentration or conversion used and any solvents, gases, or <br />62.2 catalysts, including but not limited to any volatile chemicals, involved in that method. <br />62.3 Subd. 4. Production of consumer products. (a) A business licensed or authorized to <br />62.4 manufacture cannabis products that produces edible cannabis products or lower -potency <br />62.5 hemp edibles must obtain an edible cannabinoid product handler endorsement from the <br />62.6 office. <br />62.7 (b) A business licensed or authorized to manufacture cannabis broducts must obtain an <br />62.8 endorsement from the office to produce: <br />62.9 (1) cannabis products other than edible cannabis products; or <br />62.10 (2) hemp -derived consumer products other than lower -potency hemp edibles. <br />62.11 (c) All areas within the licensed bremises of a business licensed or authorized to <br />62.12 manufacture cannabis products producing cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, <br />62.13 or hemp -derived consumer products must meet the sanitary standards specified in rules <br />62.14 adopted by the office. <br />62.15 (d) A business licensed or authorized to manufacture cannabis products may only add <br />62.16 chemicals or compounds approved by the office to cannabis concentrate, hemp concentrate, <br />62.17 or artificially derived cannabinoids. <br />62.18 (e) Upon the sale of any cannabis product, lower -potency hemp edible, or hemp -derived <br />62.19 consumer product to a cannabis business or hemp business, a business licensed or authorized <br />62.20 to manufacture cannabis products must provide a statement to the buyer that discloses the <br />62.21 product's ingredients, including but not limited to any chemicals or compounds and any <br />62.22 major food allergens declared by name. <br />62.23 (f) A business licensed or authorized to manufacture cannabis products shall not add <br />62.24 any cannabis flower, cannabis concentrate, artificially derived cannabinoid, hemp plant <br />62.25 part, or hemp concentrate to a product where the manufacturer of the product holds a <br />62.26 trademark to the product's name, except that a business licensed or authorized to manufacture <br />62.27 cannabis products may use a trademarked food product if the manufacturer uses the product <br />62.28 as a component or as part of a recipe and where the business licensed or authorized to <br />62.29 manufacture cannabis products does not state or advertise to the customer that the final <br />62.3o retail cannabis product, lower -potency he edible, or hemp -derived consumer product <br />62.31 contains a trademarked food product. <br />62.32 Subd. 5. Exception. Nothing in this section applies to the operations of a lower -potency <br />62.33 hemp edible manufacturer. <br />Article 1 Sec. 26. 62 <br />
