HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 110100-9 <br />63.1 Sec. 27. [342.27] RETAIL SALE OF CANNABIS FLOWER AND PRODUCTS; <br />63.2 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. <br />63.3 Subdivision 1. Applicability. Every cannabis business with a license or endorsement <br />63.4 authoriziniz the retail sale of cannabis flower or cannabis products must comDly with the <br />63.5 requirements of this section. <br />63.6 Subd. 2. Sale of cannabis and cannabinoid products. (a) A cannabis business with a <br />63.7 license or endorsement authorizing the retail sale of cannabis flower or cannabis products <br />63.8 may only sell immature cannabis plants and seedlings, adult -use cannabis flower, adult -use <br />63.9 cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products to <br />63.10 individuals who are at least 21 years of age. <br />63.11 (b) A cannabis business with a license or endorsement authorizing the retail sale of <br />63.12 cannabis flower or cannabis products may sell immature cannabis plants and seedlings, <br />63.13 adult -use cannabis flower, adult -use cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and <br />63.14 hemp -derived consumer products that: <br />63.15 (1) are obtained from a business licensed under this chapter; and <br />63.16 (2) meet all applicable packaging and labeling requirements. <br />63.17 (c) A cannabis business with a license or endorsement authorizinLy the retail sale of <br />63.18 cannabis flower or cannabis products may sell up to two ounces of adult -use cannabis flower <br />63.19 or hemp -derived consumer products consisting primarily of hemp plant parts, up to eight <br />63.20 grams of adult -use cannabis concentrate or hemp -derived consumer products consisting <br />63.21 primarily of hemp concentrate or artificially derived cannabinoids, and edible cannabis <br />63.22 products and lower -potency hemp edibles infused with up to 800 milligrams of <br />63.23 tetrahydrocannabinol during a single transaction to a customer. <br />63.24 (d) Edible cannabis Droducts and hemp -derived consumer Droducts intended to be eaten <br />63.25 or consumed as a beverage may not include more than ten milligrams of tetrahydrocannabinol <br />63.26 per serving and a single package may not include more than a total of 100 milligrams of <br />63.27 tetrahydrocannabinol. A package may contain multiple servings of ten milligrams of <br />63.28 tetrahydrocannabinol provided that each serving is indicated by scoring, wrapping, or other <br />63.29 indicators designating the individual serving size. <br />63.30 Subd. 3. Sale of other products. (a) A cannabis business with a license or endorsement <br />63.31 authorizing the retail sale of cannabis flower or cannabis products may sell cannabis <br />63.32 paraphernalia, including but not limited to childproof packaging containers and other devices <br />63.33 designed to ensure the safe storage and monitoring of cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />Article 1 Sec. 27. 63 <br />
