HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1­10100-9 <br />64.1 lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products in the home to prevent <br />64.2 access by individuals under 21 years of age. <br />64.3 (b) A cannabis business with a license or endorsement authorizing the retail sale of <br />64.4 cannabis flower or cannabis products may sell hemp -derived topical products. <br />64.5 (c) A cannabis business with a license or endorsement authorizing the retail sale of <br />64.6 cannabis flower or cannabis products may sell the following products that do not contain <br />64.7 cannabis flower, cannabis concentrate, hemp concentrate, artificially derived cannabinoids, <br />64.8 or tetrahydrocannabinol: <br />64.9 (1) drinks that do not contain alcohol and are packaged in sealed containers labeled for <br />64.io retail sale; <br />64.11 (2) books and videos on the cultivation and use of cannabis flower and products that <br />64.12 contain cannabinoids; <br />64.13 (3) magazines and other publications published primarily for information and education <br />64.14 on cannabis plants. cannabis flower. and broducts that contain cannabinoids: <br />64.15 (4) multiple -use bags designed to carry purchased items; <br />64.16 (5) clothing marked with the specific name, brand, or identifying logo of the retailer; <br />64.17 and <br />64.18 (6) hemp fiber products and products that contain hemp grain. <br />64.19 Subd. 4. Age verification. (a) Prior to initiating a sale, an employee of a cannabis <br />64.2o business with a license or endorsement authorizing the retail sale of cannabis flower or <br />64.21 cannabis products must verify that the customer is at least 21 years of age. <br />64.22 (b) Proof of age may be established only by one of the following: <br />64.23 (1) a valid driver's license or identification card issued by Minnesota, another state, or <br />64.24 a province of Canada, and including the photograph and date of birth of the licensed person; <br />64.25 (2) a valid Tribal identification card as defined in section 171.072, paragraph (b); <br />64.26 (3) a valid passport issued by the United States; <br />64.27 (4) a valid instructional permit issued under section 171.05 to a person of legal age to <br />64.28 purchase adult -use cannabis or adult -use cannabinoid products, that includes a photograph <br />64.29 and the date of birth of the person issued the permit: or <br />64.30 (5) in the case of a foreign national, by a valid passport. <br />Article 1 Sec. 27. 64 <br />
