HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1­10100-9 <br />65.1 (c) A retailer may seize a form of identification listed under paragraph (b) if the cannabis <br />65.2 retailer has reasonable grounds to believe that the form of identification has been altered or <br />65.3 falsified or is being used to violate any law. A retailer that seizes a form of identification <br />65.4 as authorized under this baraaranh must deliver it to a law enforcement aaencv within 24 <br />65.5 hours of seizing it. <br />65.6 Subd. 5. Display of cannabis flower and products. (a) A cannabis business with a <br />65.7 license or endorsement authorizing the retail sale of cannabis flower or cannabis products <br />65.8 must designate a retail area where customers are permitted. The retail area shall include the <br />65.9 portion of the premises where samples of cannabis flower and cannabis products available <br />65.10 for sale are disblaved. All other cannabis flower and cannabis broducts must be stored in <br />65.11 the secure storage area. <br />65.12 (b) A cannabis business with a license or endorsement authorizinLy the retail sale of <br />65.13 cannabis flower or cannabis products may display one sample of each type of cannabis <br />65.14 flower or cannabis product available for sale. Samples of cannabis flower and cannabis <br />65.15 products must be stored in a sample jar or display case and be accompanied by a label or <br />65.16 notice containing the information required to be affixed to the packaging or container <br />65.17 containing cannabis flower and cannabis broducts sold to customers. A sample may not <br />65.18 contain more than eight grams of adult -use cannabis flower or adult -use cannabis concentrate <br />65.19 or an edible cannabis product infused with more than 100 milligrams of tetrahydrocannabinol. <br />65.2o A cannabis retailer may allow customers to smell the cannabis flower or cannabis product <br />65.21 before purchase. <br />65.22 (c) A cannabis business with a license or endorsement authorizing the retail sale of <br />65.23 cannabis flower or cannabis products may not sell cannabis flower or cannabis products <br />65.24 used as a sample for display. If the retailer uses display samples of lower -potency hemp <br />65.25 edibles or hemp -derived consumer products, the retailer may not sell the product used as a <br />65.26 sample for display. <br />65.27 Subd. 6. Posting of notices. A cannabis business with a license or endorsement <br />65.28 authorizing the retail sale of cannabis flower or cannabis products must post all notices as <br />65.29 required by the office, including but not limited to: <br />65.30 (1) information about any product recall; <br />65.31 (2) a statement that operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating <br />65.32 cannabinoids is illegal; and <br />Article 1 Sec. 27. 65 <br />
