HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />66.1 (3) a statement that cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, <br />66.2 and hemp -derived consumer products are only intended for consumption by individuals <br />66.3 who are at least 21 years of age. <br />66.4 Subd. 7. Hours of operation. (a) Except as provided by paragraph (b), a cannabis <br />66.5 business with a license or endorsement authorizing the retail sale of cannabis flower or <br />66.6 cannabis products may not sell cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp <br />66.7 edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products between 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the days <br />66.8 of Monday through Saturday nor between 2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. <br />66.9 (b) A city or county may adopt an ordinance to prohibit sales for any period between <br />66.10 9:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. the following day or between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the days <br />66.11 of Monday through Saturday. <br />66.12 (c) A cannabis business with a license or endorsement authorizing the retail sale of <br />66.13 cannabis flower or cannabis products may not be open to the public or sell any other products <br />66.14 at times when the cannabis business is prohibited from selling cannabis flower, cannabis <br />66.15 products, lower -potency he edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products. <br />66.16 Subd. 8. Building conditions. (a) A cannabis business with a license or endorsement <br />66.17 authorizing the retail sale of cannabis flower or cannabis products shall maintain compliance <br />66.18 with state and local building, fire, and zoning requirements or regulations. <br />66.19 (b) A cannabis business with a license or endorsement authorizing the retail sale of <br />66.20 cannabis flower or cannabis products shall ensure that the licensed premises is maintained <br />66.21 in a clean and sanitary condition, free from infestation by insects, rodents, or other pests. <br />66.22 Subd. 9. Security. A cannabis business with a license or endorsement authorizing the <br />66.23 retail sale of cannabis flower or cannabis broducts shall maintain compliance with securit <br />66.24 requirements established by the office, including but not limited to requirements for <br />66.25 maintaining video surveillance records, using specific locking mechanisms, establishing <br />66.26 secure entries, and the number of employees working at all times. <br />66.27 Subd. 10. Lighting. A cannabis business with a license or endorsement authorizing the <br />66.28 retail sale of cannabis flower or cannabis products must keep all lighting outside and inside <br />66.29 the dispensary in good working order and sufficient wattage for security cameras. <br />66.30 Subd. 11. Deliveries. A cannabis business with a license or endorsement authorizing <br />66.31 the retail sale of cannabis flower or cannabis products may only accept deliveries of cannabis <br />66.32 flower, cannabis products, and hemp -derived consumer products in a limited access area. <br />Article 1 Sec. 27. 66 <br />
