Prohibitions. A cannabis business with a license or endorsement authorizing <br />67.4 the retail sale of cannabis flower or cannabis products shall not: <br />67.5 (1) sell cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived <br />67.6 consumer products to a person who is visibly intoxicated; <br />67.7 (2) knowingly sell more cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, <br />67.8 or hemp -derived consumer products than a customer is legally permitted to possess; <br />67.9 (3) give away immature cannabis plants or seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />67.10 lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products; <br />67.11 (4) operate a drive -through window; <br />67.12 (5) allow for the dispensing of cannabis plants, cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />67.13 lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products in vending machines; or <br />67.14 (6) sell cannabis plants, cannabis flower, or cannabis products if the cannabis retailer <br />67.15 knows that any required security or statewide monitoring systems are not operational. <br />67.16 Subd. 13. Adult -use and medical cannabis; colocation. (a) A cannabis business with <br />67.17 a license or endorsement authorizing the retail sale of adult -use cannabis flower or adult -use <br />67.18 cannabis products that is also a licensed medical cannabis retailer may sell medical cannabis <br />67.19 flower and medical cannabinoid products on a portion of the business's premises. <br />67.20 (b) The portion of the premises of the cannabis business where medical cannabis flower <br />67.21 and medical cannabinoid products are sold must be definite and distinct from all other areas <br />67.22 of the cannabis retailer and must provide an appropriate space for a pharmacist employee <br />67.23 of the medical cannabis retailer to consult with a patient to determine the proper type of <br />67.24 medical cannabis flower and medical cannabinoid products and proper dosage for the patient. <br />67.25 Subd. 14. Exception. Nothing in this section applies to the operations of a lower -potency <br />67.26 hemp edible retailer. <br />67.27 Sec. 28. [342.281 CANNABIS MICROBUSINESS LICENSING AND OPERATIONS. <br />67.28 Subdivision 1. Authorized actions.
