HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />69.1 The office may, by rule, increase the limit to no more than one acre if the office determines <br />69.2 that expansion is consistent with the goals identified in section 342.02, subdivision 1. <br />69.3 (c) The office shall, by rule, establish a limit on the manufacturing of cannabis products, <br />69.4 lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products a cannabis microbusiness <br />69.5 that manufactures such products may perform. The limit must be equivalent to the amount <br />69.6 of cannabis flower that can be harvested from a facility with a plant canopy of 2,000 square <br />69.7 feet in a year, but may be increased to the amount that can be harvested from a facility with <br />69.8 up to 5,000 square feet of plant canopy if the office expands the allowable area of cultivation <br />69.9 under paragraph (a). <br />69.10 (d) A cannabis microbusiness with the appropriate endorsement may operate one retail <br />69.11 location. <br />69.12 Subd. 3. Additional information rea uired. In addition to the information reauired to <br />69.13 be submitted under section 342.14, subdivision 1, and rules adopted pursuant to that section, <br />69.14 a person, cooperative, or business seeking a cannabis microbusiness license must submit <br />69.15 the following information in a form approved by the office: <br />69.16 (1) an operating plan demonstrating the proposed layout of the facility, including a <br />69.17 diagram of ventilation and filtration systems; plans for wastewater and waste disposal for <br />69.18 any cultivation or manufacturing activities; plans for providing electricity, water, and other <br />69.19 utilities necessary for the normal operation of any cultivation or manufacturing activities; <br />69.20 plans for compliance with applicable building codes and federal and state environmental <br />69.21 and workplace safety requirements and policies; and plans to avoid sales to unlicensed <br />69.22 cannabis businesses and individuals under 21 years of age; <br />69.23 (2) if the applicant is seeking an endorsement to cultivate cannabis plants and harvest <br />69.24 cannabis flower, a cultivation plan demonstrating the proposed size and layout of the <br />69.25 cultivation facility that will be used exclusively for cultivation, including the total amount <br />69.26 of plant canopy; <br />69.27 (3) if the applicant is seeking an endorsement to create cannabis concentrate, hemp <br />69.28 concentrate, or artificial cannabinoids, information identifying all methods of extraction, <br />69.29 concentration, or conversion that the applicant intends to use and the volatile chemicals and <br />69.30 catalysts, if any, that will be involved in extraction, concentration, or creation; and <br />69.31 (4) evidence that the applicant will comply with the applicable operation requirements <br />69.32 for the license being sought. <br />Article 1 Sec. 28. 69 <br />
