The requirement of an attestation signed by a bona fide labor <br />70.2 organization stating that the applicant has entered into a labor peace agreement is not required <br />70.3 as part of an application for a cannabis microbusiness license. <br />70.4 Subd. 5. Multiple licenses; limits. (a) A person, cooperative, or business holding a <br />70.5 cannabis microbusiness license may also hold a cannabis event organizer license. <br />70.6 (b) Except as provided in paragraph (a), no person, cooperative, or business holding a <br />70.7 cannabis microbusiness license may own or operate any other cannabis business or hemp <br />70.8 business or hold more than one cannabis microbusiness license. <br />70.9 (c) For purposes of this subdivision, a restriction on the number or type of license that <br />70.io a business may hold applies to every cooperative member or every director, manager, and <br />70.11 general partner of a cannabis business. <br />70.12 Subd. 6. Cultivation endorsement. A cannabis microbusiness that cultivates cannabis <br />70.13 plants and harvests cannabis flower must comply with the requirements in section 342.25. <br />70.14 Subd. 7. Extraction and concentration endorsement. A cannabis microbusiness that <br />70.15 creates cannabis concentrate must comply with the requirements in section 342.26, <br />70.16 subdivisions 2 and 3. <br />70.17 Subd. 8. Production of customer products endorsement. A cannabis microbusiness <br />70.18 that manufacturers edible cannabis products, lower -potency hemp products, or hemp -derived <br />70.19 consumer products must comply with the requirements in section 342.26, subdivisions 2 <br />70.2o and 4. <br />70.21 Subd. 9. Retail operations endorsement. A cannabis microbusiness that operates a <br />70.22 retail location must comply with the requirements in section 342.27. <br />70.23 Subd. 10. On -site consumption endorsement. (a) A cannabis microbusiness may permit <br />70.24 on -site consumption of edible cannabis products and lower -potency hemp edibles on a <br />70.25 portion of its premises. <br />70.26 (b) The portion of the premises of the cannabis microbusiness where on -site consumption <br />70.27 is permitted must be definite and distinct from all other areas of the microbusiness and must <br />70.28 be accessed through a distinct entrance. <br />70.29 (c) Edible cannabis products and lower -potency hemp edibles sold for on -site <br />70.30 consumption must comply with this chapter and rules adopted pursuant to this chapter <br />70.31 regarding the testing, packaging, and labeling of cannabinoid products. <br />Article 1 Sec. 28. 70 <br />
