HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />73.1 (b) A cannabis mezzobusiness that cultivates cannabis at an outdoor location may <br />73.2 cultivate up to one acre of mature, flowering plants unless the office, by rule, increases that <br />73.3 limit. The office may, by rule, increase the limit to no more than three acres if the office <br />73.4 determines that expansion is consistent with the goals identified in section 342.02, subdivision <br />73.5 1. <br />73.6 (c) The office shall, by rule, establish a limit on the manufacturing of cannabis products, <br />73.7 lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products a cannabis mezzobusiness <br />73.8 that manufactures such broducts may berform. The limit must be eauivalent to the amount <br />73.9 of cannabis flower that can be harvested from a facility with a plant canopy of 5,000 square <br />73.10 feet in a year but may be increased to the amount that can be harvested from a facility with <br />73.11 up to 15,000 cubic feet of plant canopy if the office expands the allowable area of cultivation <br />73.12 under paragraph (a). <br />73.13 (d) A cannabis mezzobusiness with the appropriate endorsement may operate up to three <br />73.14 retail locations. <br />73.15 Subd. 3. Additional information required. In addition to the information required to <br />73.16 be submitted under section 342.14, subdivision 1, and rules adopted pursuant to that section, <br />73.17 a person, cooperative, or business seeking a cannabis mezzobusiness license must submit <br />73.18 the following information in a form approved by the office: <br />73.19 (1) an operating plan demonstrating the proposed layout of the facility, including a <br />73.2o diagram of ventilation and filtration systems; plans for wastewater and waste disposal for <br />73.21 any cultivation or manufacturing activities; plans for providing electricity, water, and other <br />73.22 utilities necessary for the normal operation of any cultivation or manufacturing activities; <br />73.23 plans for compliance with applicable building code and federal and state environmental and <br />73.24 workplace safety requirements and policies; and plans to avoid sales to unlicensed cannabis <br />73.25 businesses and individuals under 21 years of age; <br />73.26 (2) if the applicant is seeking an endorsement to cultivate cannabis plants and harvest <br />73.27 cannabis flower, a cultivation plan demonstrating the proposed size and layout of the <br />73.28 cultivation facility that will be used exclusively for cultivation, including the total amount <br />73.29 of plant canopy; <br />73.30 (3) if the applicant is seeking an endorsement to create cannabis concentrate, hemp <br />73.31 concentrate, or artificial cannabinoids, information identifying all methods of extraction, <br />73.32 concentration, or conversion that the applicant intends to use and the volatile chemicals and <br />73.33 catalysts, if any, that will be involved in extraction, concentration, or creation; and <br />Article 1 Sec. 29. 73 <br />
