HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 110100-9 <br />76.1 (d) For purposes of this subdivision, a restriction on the number or type of license a <br />76.2 business may hold applies to every cooperative member or every director, manager, and <br />76.3 general partner of a cannabis business. <br />76.4 Subd. 5. Cultivation operations. A cannabis cultivator must comply with the <br />76.5 requirements in section 342.25. <br />76.6 Sec. 31. [342.31] CANNABIS MANUFACTURER LICENSING AND OPERATIONS. <br />76.7 Subdivision 1. Authorized actions. A cannabis manufacturer license, consistent with <br />76.8 the specific license endorsement or endorsements, entitles the license holder to: <br />76.9 (1) purchase cannabis flower, cannabis products, hemp plant parts, hemp concentrate, <br />76.io and artificially derived cannabinoids from a cannabis microbusiness, a cannabis <br />76.11 mezzobusiness, a cannabis cultivator, another cannabis manufacturer, a cannabis wholesaler, <br />76.12 or an industrial hemp grower; <br />76.13 (2) accept cannabis flower from unlicensed persons who are at least 21 years of age <br />76.14 provided that the cannabis manufacturer does not accept more than two ounces from an <br />76.15 individual on a single occasion; <br />76.16 (3) make cannabis concentrate; <br />76.17 (4) make hemp concentrate, including hemp concentrate with a delta-9 <br />76.18 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of more than 0.3 percent as measured by weight; <br />76.19 (5) manufacture artificially derived cannabinoids: <br />76.20 (6) manufacture adult -use cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and <br />76.21 hemp -derived consumer products for public consumption; <br />76.22 (7) package and label adult -use cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and <br />76.23 hemp -derived consumer products for sale to customers; <br />76.24 (8) sell cannabis concentrate, hemp concentrate, artificially derived cannabinoids, <br />76.25 cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products to <br />76.26 other cannabis businesses: and <br />76.27 (9) perform other actions approved by the office. <br />76.28 Subd. 2. Size limitations. The office shall, by rule, establish a limit on the manufacturing <br />76.29 of cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products a <br />76.30 cannabis manufacturer may perform. The limit must be equivalent to the amount of cannabis <br />76.31 flower that can be harvested from a facility with a plant canopy of 15,000 square feet in a <br />Article 1 Sec. 31. 76 <br />
