Additional information required. In addition to the information required to <br />77.5 be submitted under section 342.14, subdivision 1, and rules adopted pursuant to that section, <br />77.6 a person, cooperative, or business seeking a cannabis manufacturer license must submit the <br />77.7 following information in a form approved by the office: <br />77.8 (1) an operating plan demonstrating the proposed layout of the facility, including a <br />77.9 diagram of ventilation and filtration systems; plans for wastewater and waste disposal for <br />77.10 the manufacturing facility; plans for providing electricity, water, and other utilities necessary <br />77.11 for the normal operation of the manufacturing facility; and plans for compliance with <br />77.12 applicable building code and federal and state environmental and workplace safetv <br />77.13 requirements; and <br />77.14 (2) evidence that the business will comply with the applicable operation requirements <br />77.15 for the endorsement being sought. <br />77.16 Subd. 4. Multiple licenses; limits. (a) A person, cooperative, or business holding a <br />77.17 cannabis manufacturer license may also hold a cannabis cultivator license, a medical cannabis <br />77.18 cultivator license, a medical cannabis processor license, and a cannabis event organizer <br />77.19 license. <br />77.20 (b) Except as provided in paragraph (a), no person, cooperative, or business holding a <br />77.21 cannabis manufacturer license may own or operate any other cannabis business or hemp <br />77.22 business. This prohibition does not prevent transportation of cannabis flower from a cannabis <br />77.23 cultivator to a cannabis manufacturer licensed to the same person, cooperative, or business <br />77.24 and located on the same premises. <br />77.25 (c) The office by rule may limit the number of cannabis manufacturer licenses that a <br />77.26 Berson or business may hold. <br />77.27 (d) For purposes of this subdivision, a restriction on the number or type of license that <br />77.28 a business may hold applies to every cooperative member or every director, manager, and <br />77.29 general partner of a cannabis business. <br />77.30 Subd. 5.
