HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />79.1 (c) No person, cooperative, or business may hold a license to own or operate more than <br />79.2 one cannabis retail business in one city or county. <br />79.3 (d) The office by rule may limit the number of cannabis retailer licenses a person, <br />79.4 cooperative, or business may hold. <br />79.5 (e) For purposes of this subdivision, a restriction on the number or type of license a <br />79.6 business may hold applies to every cooperative member or every director, manager, and <br />79.7 izeneral bartner of a cannabis business. <br />79.8 Subd. 5. Municipal or county cannabis store. A city or county may establish, own, <br />79.9 and operate a municipal cannabis store subi ect to the restrictions in this chanter. <br />79.10 Sec. 33. [342.331 CANNABIS WHOLESALER LICENSING. <br />79.11 Subdivision 1. Authorized actions. A cannabis wholesaler license entitles the license <br />79.12 holder to: <br />79.13 (1) purchase immature cannabis plants and seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />79.14 lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products from cannabis <br />79.15 microbusinesses, cannabis mezzobusinesses, cannabis cultivators, cannabis manufacturers, <br />79.16 lower -potency hemp edible manufacturers, and industrial hemp growers; <br />79.17 (2) sell immature cannabis plants and seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />79.18 lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products to cannabis <br />79.19 microbusinesses, cannabis mezzobusinesses, cannabis manufacturers, and cannabis retailers; <br />79.20 (3) sell lower -potency hemp edibles to lower -potency hemp edible retailers; <br />79.21 (4) import lower -potency hemp edibles and hemp -derived consumer products that contain <br />79.22 hemp concentrate or artificially derived cannabinoids that are derived from hemp plants or <br />79.23 hemp plant parts; and <br />79.24 (5) perform other actions approved by the office. <br />79.25 Subd. 2. Additional information required. In addition to the information required to <br />79.26 be submitted under section 342.14, subdivision 1, and rules adopted pursuant to that section <br />79.27 a person, cooperative, or business seeking a cannabis wholesaler license must submit the <br />79.28 following information in a form abbroved by the office: <br />79.29 (1) an operating plan demonstrating the proposed layout of the facility including a <br />79.3o diagram of ventilation and filtration systems and policies to avoid sales to unlicensed <br />79.31 cannabis businesses; and <br />Article 1 Sec. 33. 79 <br />
