Multiple licenses; limits. (a) A person, cooperative, or business holding a <br />80.4 cannabis wholesaler license may also hold a cannabis transporter license, a cannabis delivery <br />80.5 service license, and a cannabis event organizer license. <br />80.6 (b) Except as provided in paragraph (a), no person, cooperative, or business holding a <br />80.E cannabis wholesaler license may own or operate any other cannabis business or hemp <br />80.8 business. <br />80.9 (c) The office by rule may limit the number of cannabis wholesaler licenses a Berson or <br />80.io business may hold. <br />80.11 (d) For purposes of this subdivision, a restriction on the number or type of license a <br />80.12 business may hold applies to every cooperative member or every director, manager, and <br />80.13 general partner of a cannabis business. <br />80.14 Sec. 34. [342.34] CANNABIS WHOLESALER OPERATIONS. <br />80.15 Subdivision 1. Separation of products. A cannabis wholesaler must ensure that cannabis <br />80.16 plants, cannabis flower, and cannabis products are physically separated from all other <br />80.17 products, including but not limited to lower -potency hemp edibles and hemp -derived <br />80.18 consumer products, in a manner that prevents any cross -contamination. <br />80.19 Subd. 2. Records and labels. A cannabis wholesaler must maintain accurate records <br />80.2o and ensure that appropriate labels remain affixed to cannabis plants, cannabis flower, <br />80.21 cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products. <br />80.22 Subd. 3. Building conditions. (a) A cannabis wholesaler shall maintain compliance <br />80.23 with state and local building, fire, and zoning requirements or regulations. <br />80.24 (b) A cannabis wholesaler shall ensure that the licensed premises is maintained in a <br />80.25 clean and sanitary condition, free from infestation by insects, rodents, or other pests. <br />80.26 Subd. 4. Sale of other products. A cannabis wholesaler may purchase and sell other <br />80.27 products or items for which the cannabis wholesaler has a license or authorization or that <br />80.28 do not require a license or authorization. Products for which no license or authorization is <br />80.29 required include but are not limited to industrial hemp products, products that contain hemp <br />80.30 grain, hemp -derived topical products, and cannabis paraphernalia, including but not limited <br />80.31 to childproof packaging containers and other devices designed to ensure the safe storage <br />Article 1 Sec. 34. 80 <br />
