<br />82.1 (e) Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, it shall not be a defense in any civil or
<br />82.2 criminal action that a licensed wholesaler relied on information on a product label or
<br />82.3 otherwise provided by a manufacturer who is not licensed in this state.
<br />82.4 Sec. 35. [342.35] CANNABIS TRANSPORTER LICENSING.
<br />82.5 Subdivision 1. Authorized actions. A cannabis transporter license entitles the license
<br />82.6 holder to transport immature cannabis plants and seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis
<br />82.E products, artificially derived cannabinoids, hemp plant parts, hemp concentrate,
<br />82.8 lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products from cannabis
<br />82.9 microbusinesses, cannabis mezzobusinesses, cannabis cultivators, cannabis manufacturers,
<br />82.10 cannabis wholesalers, lower -potency hemp edible manufacturers, medical cannabis retailers,
<br />82.11 medical cannabis processors, and industrial hemp growers to cannabis microbusinesses,
<br />82.12 cannabis mezzobusinesses, cannabis manufacturers, cannabis testing facilities, cannabis
<br />82.13 wholesalers, cannabis retailers, lower -potency hemp edible retailers, medical cannabis
<br />82.14 processors, and medical cannabis retailers and perform other actions approved by the office.
<br />82.15 Subd. 2. Additional information required. In addition to the information required to
<br />82.16 be submitted under section 342.14, subdivision 1, and rules adopted pursuant to that section,
<br />82.17 a person, cooperative, or business seeking a cannabis transporter license must submit the
<br />82.18 following information in a form approved by the office:
<br />82.19 (1) an appropriate surety bond, certificate of insurance, qualifications as a self -insurer,
<br />82.20 or other securities or agreements, in the amount of not less than $300,000, for loss of or
<br />82.21 damage to cargo;
<br />82.22 (2) an appropriate surety bond, certificate of insurance, qualifications as a self -insurer,
<br />82.23 or other securities or agreements, in the amount of not less than $1,000,000, for injury to
<br />82.24 one or more persons in any one accident and, if an accident has resulted in injury to or
<br />82.25 destruction of property, of not less than $100,000 because of such injury to or destruction
<br />82.26 of property of others in any one accident;
<br />82.27 (3) the number and type of equipment the business will use to transport immature cannabis
<br />82.28 plants and seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis products, artificially derived cannabinoids,
<br />82.29 hemp plant parts, hemp concentrate, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived
<br />82.30 consumer products;
<br />82.31 (4) a loading, transporting, and unloading plan;
<br />82.32 (5) a description of the applicant's experience in the distribution or security business;
