HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />83.1 (6) evidence that the business will comply with the applicable operation requirements <br />83.2 for the license being sought. <br />83.3 Subd. 3. Multiple licenses; limits. (a) A person, cooperative, or business holding a <br />83.4 cannabis transporter license may also hold a cannabis wholesaler license, a cannabis delivery <br />83.5 service license, and a cannabis event organizer license. <br />83.6 (b) Except as provided in paragraph (a), no person, cooperative, or business holding a <br />83.E cannabis transporter license may own or operate any other cannabis business. <br />83.8 (c) The office by rule may limit the number of cannabis transporter licenses a person or <br />83.9 business may hold. <br />83.10 (d) For purposes of this subdivision, restrictions on the number or type of license a <br />83.11 business may hold apply to every cooperative member or every director, manager, and <br />83.12 general partner of a cannabis business. <br />83.13 Sec. 36. [342.36] CANNABIS TRANSPORTER OPERATIONS. <br />83.14 Subdivision 1. Manifest required. Before transporting immature cannabis plants and <br />83.15 seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis products, artificially derived cannabinoids, hemp plant <br />83.16 parts, hemp concentrate, lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products, <br />83.17 a cannabis transporter shall obtain a shipping manifest on a form established by the office. <br />83.18 The manifest must be kept with the products at all times and the cannabis transporter must <br />83.19 maintain a copy of the manifest in its records. <br />83.20 Subd. 2. Records of transportation. Records of transportation must be kept for a <br />83.21 minimum of three vears at the cannabis transborter's Dlace of business and are subi ect to <br />83.22 inspection upon request by the office or law enforcement agency. Records of transportation <br />83.23 include the following: <br />83.24 (1) copies of transportation manifests for all deliveries; <br />83.25 (2) a transportation log documenting the chain of custody for each delivery, including <br />83.26 every employee and vehicle used during transportation; and <br />83.27 (3) financial records showing payment for transportation services. <br />83.28 Subd. 3. Storage compartment. Immature cannabis plants and seedlings, cannabis <br />83.29 flower, cannabis products, artificially derived cannabinoids, hemp plant parts, hemp <br />83.30 concentrate, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products must be <br />83.31 transported in a locked, safe, and secure storage compartment that is part of the motor vehicle <br />Article 1 Sec. 36. 83 <br />
