Items being <br />84.2 transported may not be visible from outside the motor vehicle. <br />84.3 Subd. 4. Identifying logos or business names prohibited. No vehicle or trailer may <br />84.4 contain an image depicting the types of items being transported, including but not limited <br />84.5 to an image depicting a cannabis or hemp leaf, or a name suggesting that the vehicle is used <br />84.6 in transporting immature cannabis plants and seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />84.E artificially derived cannabinoids, hemp plant parts, hemp concentrate, lower -potency hemp <br />84.8 edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products. <br />84.9 Subd. 5. Randomized deliveries. A cannabis transporter shall ensure that all delivery <br />84.10 times and routes are randomized. <br />84.11 Subd. 6. Multiple employees. All cannabis transporter vehicles transporting immature <br />84.12 cannabis plants and seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis products, artificially derived <br />84.13 cannabinoids, hemp plant parts, hemp concentrate, lower -potency hemp edibles, or <br />84.14 hemp -derived consumer products must be staffed with a minimum of two employees. At <br />84.15 least one delivery team member shall remain with the motor vehicle at all times that the <br />84.16 motor vehicle contains immature cannabis plants and seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis <br />84.17 products, artificially derived cannabinoids, hemp plant parts, hemp concentrate, <br />84.18 lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products. <br />84.19 Subd. 7. Nonemployee passengers prohibited. Only a cannabis worker employed b <br />84.20 or contracted with the cannabis transporter and who is at least 21 vears of asie may transbort <br />84.21 immature cannabis plants and seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis products, artificially <br />84.22 derived cannabinoids, hemp plant parts, hemp concentrate, lower -potency hemp edibles, or <br />84.23 hemp -derived consumer products. All passengers in a vehicle must be cannabis workers <br />84.24 employed by or contracted with the cannabis transporter. <br />84.25 Subd. 8. Drivers license required. All drivers must carry a valid driver's license with <br />84.26 the proper endorsements when operating a vehicle transporting immature cannabis plants <br />84.27 and seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis products, artificially derived cannabinoids, hemp <br />84.28 plant parts, hemp concentrate, lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer <br />84.29 products. <br />84.30 Subd. 9. Vehicles subject to inspection. Any vehicle assigned for the purposes of <br />84.31 transporting immature cannabis plants and seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />84.32 artificially derived cannabinoids, hemp plant parts, hemp concentrate, lower -potency hemp <br />84.33 edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products is subject to inspection and may be stopped <br />84.34 or inspected at any licensed cannabis business or while en route during transportation. <br />Article 1 Sec. 36. 84 <br />
