HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />87.1 (5) a list of the name, number, and type of cannabis businesses and hemp businesses <br />87.2 that will sell cannabis plants, adult -use cannabis flower, adult -use cannabis products, <br />87.3 lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products at the event, which may <br />87.4 be supplemented or amended within 72 hours of the time at which the cannabis event begins; <br />87.5 (6) the dates and hours during which the cannabis event will take place; <br />87.6 (7) proof of local approval for the cannabis event; and <br />87.7 (8) evidence that the business will comply with the applicable operation requirements <br />87.8 for the license being sought. <br />87.9 (b) A person, cooperative, or business seeking a cannabis event organizer license may <br />87.io also disclose whether the person or any officer, director, manager, and general partner of a <br />87.11 cannabis business is serving or has previously served in the military. <br />87.12 Subd. 3. Multiple licenses; limits. (a) A person, cooperative, or business holding a <br />87.13 cannabis event organizer license may not hold a cannabis testing facility license, a <br />87.14 lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer license, or a lower -potency hemp edible retailer <br />87.15 license. <br />87.16 (b) The office by rule may limit the number of cannabis event licenses that a Berson or <br />87.17 business may hold. <br />87.18 (c) For purposes of this subdivision, restrictions on the number or type of license that a <br />87.19 business may hold apply to every cooperative member or every director, manager, and <br />87.20 general partner of a cannabis business. <br />87.21 Sec. 40. [342.401 CANNABIS EVENT ORGANIZER OPERATIONS. <br />87.22 Subdivision 1. Local approval. A cannabis event organizer must receive local approval, <br />87.23 including obtaining any necessary permits or licenses issued by a local unit of government, <br />87.24 before holding a cannabis event. <br />87.25 Subd. 2. Charging fees. (a) A cannabis event organizer may charge an entrance fee to <br />87.26 a cannabis event. <br />87.27 (b) A cannabis event organizer may charge a fee to a cannabis business or hemp business <br />87.28 in exchange for space to display and sell cannabis plants, adult -use cannabis flower, adult -use <br />87.29 cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products. Any <br />87.30 fee paid for participation in a cannabis event shall not be based on or tied to the sale of <br />87.31 cannabis plants, adult -use cannabis flower, adult -use cannabis products, lower -potency <br />87.32 hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products. <br />Article 1 Sec. 40. 87 <br />
