HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />86.1 Subd. 2. Testing protocols. A cannabis testing facility shall follow all testing protocols, <br />86.2 standards, and criteria adopted by rule by the office for the testing of different forms of <br />86.3 cannabis plants and seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp <br />86.4 edibles, hemp -derived consumer products, hemp plant parts, hemp concentrate, and artificially <br />86.5 derived cannabinoids; determining batch size; sampling; testing validity; and approval and <br />86.6 disapproval of tested items. <br />86.E Subd. 3. Records. Records of all business transactions and testing results; records <br />86.8 required to be maintained pursuant to any applicable standards for accreditation; and records <br />86.9 relevant to testing protocols, standards, and criteria adopted by the office must be kept for <br />86.10 a minimum of three years at the cannabis testing facility's place of business and are subject <br />86.11 to inspection upon request by the office or law enforcement agency. <br />86.12 Subd. 4. Disposal of cannabis flower and products. A testing facility shall dispose of <br />86.13 or destroy used, unused, and waste cannabis plants and seedlings, cannabis flower, cannabis <br />86.14 products, lower -potency hemp edibles, hemp -derived consumer products, hemp plant parts, <br />86.15 hemp concentrate, and artificially derived cannabinoids pursuant to rules adopted by the <br />86.16 office. <br />86.17 Sec. 39. [342.39] CANNABIS EVENT ORGANIZER LICENSING. <br />86.18 Subdivision 1. Authorized actions. A cannabis event organizer license entitles the <br />86.19 license holder to organize a temporary cannabis event lasting no more than four days. <br />86.20 Subd. 2. Additional information rea uired. (a) In addition to the information reauired <br />86.21 to be submitted under section 342.14, subdivision 1, and rules adopted pursuant to that <br />86.22 section, a person, cooperative, or business seeking a cannabis event organizer license must <br />86.23 submit the following information in a form approved by the office: <br />86.24 (1) the type and number of any other cannabis business license held by the applicant; <br />86.25 (2) the address and location where the temporary cannabis event will take place; <br />86.26 (3) the name of the temporary cannabis event; <br />86.27 (4) a diaLyram of the bhvsical lavout of the temporary cannabis event showing where the <br />86.28 event will take place on the grounds, all entrances and exits that will be used by participants <br />86.29 during the event, all cannabis consumption areas, all cannabis retail areas where cannabis <br />86.30 flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products <br />86.31 will be sold, the location where cannabis waste will be stored, and any location where <br />86.32 cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer <br />86.33 products will be stored; <br />Article 1 Sec. 39. 86 <br />
