HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 110100-9 <br />91.1 (1) a list of all vehicles to be used in the delivery of cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />91.2 lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products including: <br />91.3 (i) the vehicle make, model, and color; <br />91.4 (ii) the vehicle identification number; and <br />91.5 (iii) the license plate number; <br />91.6 (2) proof of insurance for each vehicle; <br />91.7 (3) a business plan demonstrating policies to avoid sales of cannabis flower, cannabis <br />91.8 products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products to individuals <br />91.9 who are under 21 years of age and plans to prevent the visibility of cannabis flower, cannabis <br />9 i . i o products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products to individuals <br />9 i .1 i outside the delivery vehicle; and <br />91.12 (4) evidence that the business will comply with the applicable operation requirements <br />91.13 for the license being sought. <br />91.14 Subd. 3. Multiple licenses; limits. (a) A person, cooperative, or business holding a <br />91.15 cannabis delivery service license may also hold a cannabis retailer license, a cannabis <br />91.16 wholesaler license, a cannabis transporter license, a cannabis event organizer license, and <br />91.17 a medical cannabis retailer license subiect to the ownership limitations that annly to those <br />9 i . i s licenses. <br />91.19 (b) Except as provided in paragraph (a), no person, cooperative, or business holding a <br />91.20 cannabis delivery service license may own or operate any other cannabis business or hemp <br />91.21 business. <br />91.22 (c) The office by rule may limit the number of cannabis delivery service licenses that a <br />91.23 person or business may hold. <br />91.24 (d) For purposes of this subdivision, a restriction on the number or type of license that <br />91.25 a business may hold applies to every cooperative member or every director, manager, and <br />91.26 general partner of a cannabis business. <br />91.27 Sec. 42. [342.42] CANNABIS DELIVERY SERVICE OPERATIONS. <br />91.28 Subdivision 1. Age or registry verification. Prior to completing a delivery, a cannabis <br />91.29 delivery service shall verifv that the customer is at least 21 vears of aae or is enrolled in the <br />91.3o registry program. Section 342.27, subdivision 4, applies to the verification of a customer's <br />91.31 age. Registry verification issued by the Division of Medical Cannabis may be considered <br />91.32 evidence that the person is enrolled in the registry program. <br />Article 1 Sec. 42. 91 <br />
