Such items being stored at a cannabis <br />90.2 event shall not be left unattended. <br />90.3 (i) All cannabis plants, adult -use cannabis flower, adult -use cannabis products, <br />90.4 lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products for sale at a cannabis <br />90.5 event must comply with this chapter and rules adopted pursuant to this chapter regarding <br />90.6 the testing, packaging, and labeling of those items. <br />90.E (j) All cannabis plants, adult -use cannabis flower, and adult -use cannabis products sold, <br />90.8 damaged, or destroyed at a cannabis event must be recorded in the statewide monitoring <br />90.9 system. <br />90.10 Subd. 8. Cannabis event on -site consumption. (a) If approved by the local unit of <br />90.11 government, a cannabis event may designate an area for consumption of adult -use cannabis <br />90.12 flower, adult -use cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, hemp -derived consumer <br />90.13 products, or any combination of those items. <br />90.14 (b) Access to areas where consumption of adult -use cannabis flower, adult -use cannabis <br />90.15 products, lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products is allowed shall <br />90.16 be restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. <br />90.17 (c) The cannabis event organizer shall ensure that consumption of adult -use cannabis <br />90.18 flower, adult -use cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer <br />90.19 products within a designated consumption area is not visible from any public place. <br />90.20 (d) The cannabis event organizer shall not permit consumption of alcohol or tobacco. <br />90.21 Sec. 41. [342.411 CANNABIS DELIVERY SERVICE LICENSING. <br />90.22 Subdivision 1. Authorized actions. A cannabis delivery service license entitles the <br />90.23 license holder to purchase cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, <br />90.24 and hemp -derived consumer products from licensed cannabis microbusinesses with a retail <br />90.25 endorsement, cannabis mezzobusinesses with a retail endorsement, cannabis retailers, and <br />90.26 medical cannabis retailers; transport and deliver cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />90.27 lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumable products to customers; and <br />90.28 perform other actions approved by the office. <br />90.29 Subd. 2. Additional information required. In addition to the information required to <br />90.3o be submitted under section 342.14, subdivision 1, and rules adopted pursuant to that section, <br />90.31 a person, cooperative, or business seeking a cannabis delivery service license must submit <br />90.32 the following information in a form approved by the office: <br />Article 1 Sec. 41. 90 <br />
