HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />126.1 lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer, or medical cannabis processor that manufactured <br />126.2 the product; <br />126.3 (3) the net weight or volume of the cannabis product, lower -potency hemp edible, or <br />126.4 hemp -derived consumer product in the package or container; <br />126.5 (4) the type of cannabis product, lower -potency hemp edible, or hemp -derived consumer <br />126.Eproduct; <br />126.7 (5) the batch number: <br />126.8 (6) the serving size; <br />126.9 (7) the cannabinoid profile per serving and in total; <br />126.10 (8) a list of ingredients; <br />126.11 (9) a universal symbol established by the office indicating that the package or container <br />126.12 contains cannabis flower, a cannabis product, a lower -potency hemp edible, or a <br />126.13 hemp -derived consumer product; <br />126.14 (10) a warning symbol developed by the office in consultation with the commissioner <br />126.15 of health and the Minnesota Poison Control Svstem that: <br />126.16 (i) is at least three-quarters of an inch tall and six -tenths of an inch wide; <br />126.17 (ii) is in a highly visible color; <br />126.18 (iii) includes a visual element that is commonly understood to mean a person should <br />126.19 Stop; <br />126.20 (iv) indicates that the product is not for children; and <br />126.21 (v) includes the phone number of the Minnesota Poison Control System; <br />126.22 (11) verification that the cannabis product, lower -potency he edible, hemp -derived <br />126.23 consumer product, or medical cannabinoid product was tested according to section 342.61 <br />126.24 and that the cannabis product, lower -potency hemp edible, hemp -derived consumer product, <br />126.25 or medical cannabinoid product complies with the applicable standards; <br />126.26 (12) the maximum dose, quantity, or consumption that may be considered medicall <br />126.27 safe within a 24-hour period; <br />126.28 (13) the following statement: "Keep this product out of reach of children."; and <br />126.29 (14) any other statements or information required by the office. <br />Article 1 Sec. 63. 126 <br />
