HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-1O100-9 <br />125.1 (1) the name and license number of the cannabis microbusiness, cannabis mezzobusiness, <br />125.2 cannabis cultivator, medical cannabis cultivator, or industrial hemp grower where the <br />125.3 cannabis flower or hemp plant part was cultivated; <br />125.4 (2) the net weight or volume of cannabis flower or hemp plant parts in the package or <br />125.5 container: <br />125.6 (3) the batch number; <br />125.7 (4) the cannabinoid profile; <br />125.8 (5) a universal symbol established by the office indicating that the package or container <br />125.9 contains cannabis flower, a cannabis product, a lower -potency hemp edible, or a <br />125.1 o hemp -derived consumer product; <br />125.11 (6) verification that the cannabis flower or hemp plant part was tested according to <br />125.12 section 342.61 and that the cannabis flower or hemp plant part complies with the applicable <br />125.13 standards; <br />125.14 (7) the maximum dose, quantity, or consumption that may be considered medically safe <br />125.15 within a 24-hour period; <br />125.16 (8) the following statement: "Keep this product out of reach of children."; and <br />125.17 (9) any other statements or information required by the office. <br />125.18 Subd. 3. Content of label; cannabinoid products. (a) All cannabis products, <br />125.19 lower -potency hemp edibles, hemp -derived consumer products other than products subject <br />125.20 to the requirements under subdivision 2, medical cannabinoid products, and hemp -derived <br />125.21 topical products sold to customers or patients must have affixed to the packaging or container <br />125.22 of the cannabis product a label that contains at least the following information: <br />125.23 (1) the name and license number of the cannabis microbusiness, cannabis mezzobusiness, <br />125.24 cannabis cultivator, medical cannabis cultivator, or industrial hemp grower that cultivated <br />125.25 the cannabis flower or hemp plant parts used in the cannabis product, lower -potency hemp <br />125.26 edible, hemp -derived consumer product, or medical cannabinoid product; <br />125.27 (2) the name and license number of the cannabis microbusiness, cannabis mezzobusiness, <br />125.28 cannabis manufacturer, lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer, medical cannabis <br />125.29 processor, or industrial hemp grower that manufactured the cannabis concentrate, hemp <br />125.30 concentrate, or artificially derived cannabinoid and, if different, the name and license number <br />125.31 of the cannabis microbusiness, cannabis mezzobusiness, cannabis manufacturer, <br />Article 1 Sec. 63. 125 <br />
