HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />124.1 (3) does not contain more than a combined total of 0.25 milligrams of intoxicating <br />124.2 cannabinoids; and <br />124.3 (4) does not contain an artificially derived cannabinoid. <br />124.4 (c) If a cannabis product, lower -potency hemp edible, or a hemp -derived consumer <br />124.5 product is packaged in a manner that includes more than a single serving, each serving must <br />124.6 be indicated by scoring, wrapping, or other indicators designating the individual serving <br />124.7 size. If the item is a lower -potency hemp edible, serving indicators must meet the <br />124.8 requirements of section 342.46, subdivision 6, paragraph (b). <br />124.9 (d) Edible cannabis products and lower -potency hemp edibles containing more than a <br />124.10 single serving must be prepackaged or placed at the final point of sale in packaging or a <br />124.11 container that is resealable. <br />124.12 Subd. 3. Packaging prohibitions. (a) Cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency <br />124.13 hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products sold to customers or patients must not <br />124.14 be backatied in a manner that: <br />124.15 (1) bears a reasonable resemblance to any commercially available product that does not <br />124.16 contain cannabinoids, whether the manufacturer of the product holds a registered trademark <br />124.17 or has registered the trade dress; or <br />124.18 (2) is designed to appeal to persons under 21 years of age. <br />124.19 (b) Packaging for cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp edibles, and <br />124.2o hemp -derived consumer products must not contain or be coated with any perfluoroalkyl <br />124.21 substance. <br />124.22 (c) Edible cannabis products and lower -potency hemp edibles must not be packaged in <br />124.23 a material that is not anbroved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for use <br />124.24 in packaging food. <br />124.25 Sec. 63. [342.63] LABELING. <br />124.26 Subdivision 1. General. All cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency hemp <br />124.27 edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products sold to customers or patients must be labeled <br />124.28 as required by this section and rules adopted under this chapter. <br />124.29 Subd. 2. Content of label; cannabis.
