HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1­10100-9 <br />131.1 (1) contains false or misleading statements about the registry program; <br />131.2 (2) uses colloquial terms to refer to medical cannabis flower or medical cannabinoid <br />131.3 products, such as pot, weed, or grass; <br />131.4 (3) states or implies that the health care practitioner is endorsed by the office, the Division <br />131.5 of Medical Cannabis, or the registry program; <br />131.6 (4) includes images of cannabis flower, hemp plant parts, or images of paraphernalia <br />131.7 commonly used to smoke cannabis flower; or <br />131.8 (5) contains medical symbols that could reasonably be confused with symbols of <br />131.9 established medical associations or groups. <br />131.10 (b) A health care practitioner found by the office to have violated this subdivision is <br />131.11 prohibited from certifying that patients have a qualifying medical condition for purposes <br />131.12 of patient participation in the registry program. A decision by the office that a health care <br />131.13 practitioner has violated this subdivision is a final decision and is not subject to the contested <br />131.14 case procedures in chapter 14. <br />131.15 Sec. 65. [342.65] INDUSTRIAL HEMP. <br />131.16 Nothing in this chapter shall limit the ability of a person licensed under chanter 18K to <br />131.17 grow industrial hemp for commercial or research purposes, process industrial he for <br />131.18 commercial purposes, sell hemp fiber products and hemp grain, manufacture hemp -derived <br />131.19 topical products, or perform any other actions authorized by the commissioner of agriculture. <br />131.2o For purposes of this section, "processing" has the meaning given in section 18K.02, <br />131.21 subdivision 5, and does not include the process of creating artificially derived cannabinoids. <br />131.22 Sec. 66. [342.661 HEMP -DERIVED TOPICAL PRODUCTS. <br />131.23 Subdivision 1. Scope. This section applies to the manufacture, marketing, distribution, <br />131.24 and sale of hemp -derived topical products. <br />131.25 Subd. 2. License; not required. No license is required to manufacture, market, distribute, <br />131.26 or sell hemp -derived topical products. <br />131.27 Subd. 3. Approved cannabinoids. (a) Products manufactured, marketed, distributed, <br />131.28 and sold under this section may contain cannabidiol or cannabigerol. Except as provided <br />131.29 in paragraph (c), products may not contain any other cannabinoid unless approved by the <br />131.30 office. <br />Article 1 Sec. 66. 131 <br />
