HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />132.1 (b) The office may approve any cannabinoid, other than any tetrahydrocannabinol, and <br />132.2 authorize its use in manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and sales under this section if <br />132.3 the office determines that the cannabinoid is a nonintoxicating cannabinoid. <br />132.4 (c) A product manufactured, marketed, distributed, and sold under this section may <br />132.5 contain cannabinoids other than cannabidiol, cannabigerol, or any other cannabinoid approved <br />132.6 by the office provided that the cannabinoids are naturally occurring in hemp plants or hemp <br />132.7 plant parts and the total of all other cannabinoids present in a product does not exceed one <br />132.8 milligram per package. <br />132.9 Subd. 4. Approved products. Products sold to consumers under this section may only <br />132.1 o be manufactured, marketed, distributed, intended, or generally expected to be used by <br />132.11 applying the product externally to a part of the body of a human or animal. <br />132.12 Subd. 5. Labeling. Hemp -derived topical products must meet the labeling requirements <br />132.13 in section 342.63, subdivision 5. <br />132.14 Subd. 6. Prohibitions. (a) A product sold to consumers under this section must not be <br />132.15 manufactured, marketed, distributed, or intended: <br />132.16 (1) for external or internal use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention <br />132.17 of disease in humans or other animals; <br />132.18 (2) to affect the structure or any function of the bodies of humans or other animals; <br />132.19 (3) to be consumed by combustion or vaporization of the product and inhalation of <br />132.20 smoke, aerosol, or vapor from the product; <br />132.21 (4) to be consumed through chewing; or <br />132.22 (5) to be consumed through injection or application to a mucous membrane or nonintact <br />132.23 skin. <br />132.24 (b) A product manufactured, marketed, distributed, or sold to consumers under this <br />132.25 section must not: <br />132.26 (1) consist, in whole or in part, of any filthy, putrid, or decomposed substance; <br />132.27 (2) have been produced, prepared, packed, or held under unsanitary conditions where <br />132.28 the product may have been rendered injurious to health, or where the product may have <br />132.29 been contaminated with filth; <br />132.30 (3) be packaged in a container that is composed, in whole or in part, of any poisonous <br />132.31 or deleterious substance that may render the contents injurious to health; <br />Article 1 Sec. 66. 132 <br />
