HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />133.1 (4) contain any additives or excipients that have been found by the United States Food <br />133.2 and Drug Administration to be unsafe for human or animal consumption; <br />133.3 (5) contain a cannabinoid or an amount or percentage of cannabinoids that is different <br />133.4 than the information stated on the label; <br />133.5 (6) contain a cannabinoid, other than cannabidiol, cannabigerol, or a cannabinoid <br />133.6 approved by the office, in an amount that exceeds the standard established in subdivision <br />133.7 2, paragraph (c); or <br />133.8 (7) contain any contaminants for which testing is required by the office in amounts that <br />133.9 exceed the acceptable minimum standards established by the office. <br />133.10 (c) No product containing any cannabinoid may be sold to any individual who is under <br />133.11 21 years of age. <br />133.12 Subd. 7. Enforcement. The office may enforce this section under the relevant provisions <br />133.13 of section 342.19, including but not limited to issuing administrative orders, embargoing <br />133.14 products, and imposing civil penalties. <br />133.15 Sec. 67. [342.67] LEGAL ASSISTANCE TO CANNABIS BUSINESSES AND HEMP <br />133.16 BUSINESSES. <br />133.17 An attorney must not be subject to disciplinary action by the Minnesota Supreme Court <br />133.18 or professional responsibility board for providing legal assistance to prospective or licensed <br />133.19 cannabis businesses or hemp businesses. or others for activities that do not violate this <br />133.20 chapter or chapter 152. <br />133.21 Sec. 68. [342.70] CANNABIS INDUSTRY COMMUNITY RENEWAL GRANTS. <br />133.22 Subdivision 1. Establishment. The Office of Cannabis Management shall establish <br />133.23 CanRenew, a program to award grants to eligible organizations for investments in <br />133.24 communities where long-term residents are eligible to be social equity applicants. <br />133.25 Subd. 2. Definitions. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following terms have the <br />133.26 meanings given. <br />133.27 (b) "Community investment" means a project or program designed to improve <br />133.28 community -wide outcomes or experiences and may include efforts targeting economic <br />133.29 development, violence prevention, youth development, or civil legal aid, among others. <br />133.30 (c) "Eligible community" means a community where long-term residents are eligible to <br />133.31 be social equity applicants. <br />Article 1 Sec. 68. 133 <br />
