HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 110100-9 <br />189.1 Sec. 23. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 169A.03, is amended by adding a subdivision <br />189.2 to read: <br />189.3 Subd. 3b. Cannabis flower. "Cannabis flower" has the meaning given in section 342.01, <br />189.4 subdivision 15. <br />189.5 Sec. 24. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 169A.03, is amended by adding a subdivision <br />189.6 to read: <br />189.7 Subd. 3c. Cannabis product. "Cannabis product" has the meaning given in section <br />i 89.8 342.01, subdivision 19. <br />189.9 Sec. 25. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 169A.03, is amended by adding a subdivision <br />i 89. i o to read: <br />189.11 Subd. 1 Oa. Hemp -derived consumer product. "Hemp -derived consumer product" has <br />189.12 the meaning given in section 342.01, subdivision 35. <br />189.13 Sec. 26. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 169A.03, is amended by adding a subdivision <br />189.14 to read: <br />189.15 Subd. 1 lb. Lower -potency hemp edible. "Lower -potency hemp edible" has the meaning <br />189.16 given in section 342.01. subdivision 48. <br />189.17 Sec. 27. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 169A.20, subdivision 1, is amended to read: <br />189.18 Subdivision 1. Driving while impaired crime; motor vehicle. It is a crime for any <br />i 89.19 person to drive, operate, or be in physical control of any motor vehicle, as defined in section <br />189.20 169A.03, subdivision 15, within this state or on any boundary water of this state when: <br />189.21 (1) the person is under the influence of alcohol; <br />189.22 (2) the person is under the influence of a controlled substance; <br />189.23 (3) the person is under the influence of an intoxicating substance and the person knows <br />189.24 or has reason to know that the substance has the capacity to cause impairment; <br />189.25 (4) the person is under the influence of a combination of any two or more of the elements <br />189.26 named in clauses (1) to (3) <br />189.27 (5) the person's alcohol concentration at the time, or as measured within two hours of <br />189.28 the time, of driving, operating, or being in physical control of the motor vehicle is 0.08 or <br />189.29 more; <br />Article 4 Sec. 27. 189 <br />
