HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />216.1 (f) "Minnesota Tribal izovernments" means the federallv recoLynized Indian Tribes located <br />216.2 <br />in Minnesota including: <br />216.3 <br />(1) <br />Bois Forte Band; <br />216.4 <br />(2) <br />Fond Du Lac Band; <br />216.5 <br />(3) <br />Grand Portage Band; <br />216.6 <br />(4) <br />Leech Lake Band; <br />216.7 <br />(5) <br />Mille Lacs Band; <br />216.8 <br />(6) White Earth Band; <br />216.9 (7) Red Lake Nation; <br />216.10 (8) Lower Sioux Indian Community; <br />216.11 (9) Prairie Island Indian Community; <br />216.12 (10) Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community; and <br />216.13 (11) Upper Sioux Indian Community. <br />216.14 (g) "Tribal cannabis business" means a cannabis business licensed by a Minnesota Tribal <br />216.15 government, including the business categories identified in paragraph (d) as well as any <br />216.16 others that may be provided under the law of a Minnesota Tribal government. <br />216.17 (h) "Tribally regulated land" means: <br />216.18 (1) all land held in trust by the United States for the benefit of a Minnesota Tribal <br />216.19 government; <br />216.20 (2) all land held by a Minnesota Tribal government in restricted fee status; and <br />216.21 (3) all land within the exterior boundaries of the reservation of a Minnesota Tribal <br />216.22 government that is subject to the civil regulatory jurisdiction of the Tribal government. For <br />216.23 the purposes of this section, land that is subject to the civil regulatory jurisdiction of the <br />216.24 Tribal government includes: <br />216.25 (i) fee land held by the Tribe, entities organized under Tribal law, or individual Indians; <br />216.26 and <br />216.27 (ii) land held by non -Indian entities or individuals who consent to the civil regulation <br />216.28 of the Tribal government or are otherwise subi ect to such regulation under federal law. <br />216.29 Subd. 2. Acknowledgment and purpose; negotiations authorized.
