The governor shall post any compact entered into under this section <br />220.2 on a publicly accessible website. <br />220.3 Sec. 3. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 13.411, is amended by adding a subdivision to <br />220.4 read: <br />220.5 Subd. 12. Cannabis businesses. Data submitted to the Office of Cannabis Management <br />220.6 for a cannabis business license or a hemp business license and data relating to investigations <br />220.E and disciplinary proceedings involving cannabis businesses and hemp businesses licensed <br />220.8 by the Office of Cannabis Management are classified under section 342.20. <br />220.9 Sec. 4. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 13.871, is amended by adding a subdivision to <br />220.1 o read: <br />220.11 Subd. 15. Cannabis Expungement Board records. Data collected, created, received, <br />220.12 maintained, or disseminated by the Cannabis Expungement Board are classified under <br />220.13 section 609A.06, subdivision 8. <br />220.14 Sec. 5. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 34A.01, subdivision 4, is amended to read: <br />220.15 Subd. 4. Food. "Food" means every ingredient used for, entering into the consumption <br />220.16 of, or used or intended for use in the preparation of food, drink, confectionery, or condiment <br />220.17 for humans or other animals, whether simple, mixed, or compound; and articles used as <br />220.18 components of these ingredients, except that edible eat+na i cannabis products, as <br />220.19 defined in section 342.01, subdivision 29, lower -potency <br />220.2o hemp edibles as defined in section 342.01, subdivision 48, and hemp -derived consumer <br />220.21 products, as defined in section 342.01, subdivision 35, that are intended to be eaten or <br />220.22 consumed as a beveraize are not food. <br />220.23 EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective July 1, 2024. <br />220.24 Sec. 6. f 120B.2151 EDUCATION ON CANNABIS USE AND SUBSTANCE USE. <br />220.25 Subdivision 1. Model program. The commissioner of education, in consultation with <br />220.26 the commissioners of health and human services, local district and school health education <br />220.27 specialists, and other qualified experts, shall identify one or more model programs that may <br />220.28 be used to educate middle school and high school students on the health effects on children <br />220.29 and adolescents of cannabis use and substance use, including but not limited to the use of <br />220.30 fentanyl or mixtures containing fentanyl, consistent with local standards as required in <br />220.31 section 120B.021, subdivision 1, paragraph (a), clause (6), for elementary and secondary <br />Article 6 Sec. 6. 220 <br />
