HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 110100-9 <br />259.1 (e) A label containing at least the following information must be affixed to the packaging <br />259.2 or container of all edible cannabinoid products sold to consumers: <br />259.3 (1) the serving size; <br />259.4 (2) the cannabinoid profile per serving and in total; <br />259.5 (3) a list of ingredients, including identification of any major food allergens declared <br />259.6 by name; and <br />259.7 (4) the following statement: "Keep this product out of reach of children." <br />259.8 (f) An edible cannabinoid product must not contain more than five milligrams of any <br />259.9 tetrahydrocannabinol in a single serving, or more than a total of 50 milligrams of any <br />259.10 tetrahydrocannabinol per package. <br />259.11 (a) An edible cannabinoid Droduct may contain delta-8 tetrahvdrocannabinol or delta-9 <br />259.12 tetrahydrocannabinol that is extracted from hemp plants or hemp plant parts or is an <br />259.13 artificially derived cannabinoid. Edible cannabinoid products are prohibited from containing <br />259.14 anv other artificially derived cannabinoid, including but not limited to THC-P, THC-O, and <br />259.15 HHC, unless the commissioner authorizes use of the artificially derived cannabinoid in <br />259.16 edible cannabinoid products. Edible cannabinoid products are prohibited from containing <br />259.17 synthetic cannabinoids. <br />259.18 Subd. 5b. Registration; prohibitions. (a) On or before October 1, 2023, every person <br />259.19 selling edible cannabinoid products to consumers must apply for registration with the <br />259.20 commissioner in a form and manner established by the commissioner. After October 1, <br />259.21 2023, the sale of edible cannabinoid products by a person that is not registered is prohibited. <br />259.22 (b) The commissioner shall approve completed registration applications unless the <br />259.23 applicant is oDeratina in violation of this section or the commissioner reasonablv believes <br />259.24 that the applicant will operate in violation of this section. <br />259.25 (c) The commissioner shall not charge a fee for registration under this subdivision. <br />259.26 (d) A registered retailer shall not: <br />259.27 (1) Dermit the on -site consumption of edible cannabinoid Droducts: or <br />259.28 (2) provide free samples of edible cannabinoid products, except that a retailer may <br />259.29 provide a single package of an edible cannabinoid product with the purchase of a childproof <br />259.30 packaging container or other device designed to ensure the safe storage and monitoring of <br />259.31 edible cannabinoid products in the home to prevent access by individuals under 21 years <br />259.32 of age. <br />Article 7 Sec. 2. 259 <br />
