HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 110100-9 <br />263.1 (13) home brewing equipment; <br />263.2 (14) clothing marked with the specific name, brand, or identifying logo of the exclusive <br />263.3 liquor store, and bearing no other name, brand, or identifying logo; <br />263.4 (15) citrus fruit; etffd <br />263.5 (16) glassware...; and <br />263.6 (17) edible cannabinoid products as defined in section 151.72, subdivision 1, paragraph <br />263.7 (f). <br />263.8 (b) An exclusive liquor store that has an on -sale, or combination on -sale and off -sale <br />263.9 license may sell food for on -premise consumption when authorized by the municipality <br />263.10 issuing the license. <br />263.11 (c) An exclusive liquor store may offer live or recorded entertainment. <br />263.12 EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective the day following final enactment. <br />263.13 Sec. 4. EDIBLE CANNABINOID PRODUCTS; ENFORCEMENT. <br />263.14 (a) The Department of Health shall enforce the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, section <br />263.15 151.72, and all rules, orders, stipulation agreements, settlements, compliance agreements, <br />263.16 and registrations related to that section adopted or issued by the Office of Medical Cannabis <br />263.17 or the Department of Health pursuant to the Health Enforcement Consolidation Act of 1993 <br />263.18 contained in Minnesota Statutes, sections 144.989 to 144.993. The commissioner of health <br />263.19 may assign enforcement responsibilities to the Office of Medical Cannabis. <br />263.20 (b) The enforcement authority under paragraph (a) shall transfer to the Office of Cannabis <br />263.21 Management at any such time that the powers and duties of the Department of Health with <br />263.22 respect to the medical cannabis program under Minnesota Statutes, sections 152.22 to <br />263.23 152.37, are transferred to the Office of Cannabis Management. The director of the Office <br />263.24 of Cannabis Management may assign enforcement responsibilities to the Division of Medical <br />263.25 Cannabis. <br />263.26 (c) This section shall expire on Julv 1, 2024. <br />263.27 EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective the day following final enactment. <br />263.28 Sec. 5. REPEALER. <br />263.29 Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 151.72, is repealed. <br />263.30 EFFECTIVE DATE.
