Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 152.02, subdivision 2, is amended to read: <br />264.4 Subd. 2. Schedule I. (a) Schedule I consists of the substances listed in this subdivision. <br />264.5 (b) Opiates. Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any of the <br />264.6 following substances, including their analogs, isomers, esters, ethers, salts, and salts of <br />264.7 isomers, esters, and ethers, whenever the existence of the analogs, isomers, esters, ethers, <br />264.8 and salts is possible: <br />264.9 (1) acetylmethadol; <br />264.10 (2) allylprodine; <br />264.11 (3) alphacetylmethadol (except levo-alphacetylmethadol, also known as levomethadyl <br />264.12 acetate); <br />264.13 (4) alphameprodine; <br />264.14 (5) alphamethadol; <br />264.15 (6) alpha-methylfentanyl benzethidine; <br />264.16 (7) betacetylmethadol; <br />264.17 (8) betameprodine; <br />264.18 (9) betamethadol; <br />264.19 (10) betaprodine; <br />264.20 (11) clonitazene; <br />264.21 (12) dextromoramide; <br />264.22 (13) diampromide; <br />264.23 (14) diethyliambutene; <br />264.24 (15) difenoxin; <br />264.25 (16) dimenoxadol; <br />264.26 (17) dimepheptanol; <br />264.27 (18) dimethyliambutene; <br />264.28 (19) dioxaphetyl butyrate; <br />Article 8 Section 1. 264 <br />
