Jankowaici: <br />As requested, we have prepared a fee estimate to complete a feasibility study for the extension of <br />municipal sanitary sewer and water service to the properties located along 157d' Lane. It is our <br />understanding that the proposed construction would include sanitary sewer, watermain, storm <br />sewer, curb and gutter, and bituminous street. Based on our understanding of the proposed <br />project, we propose the following scope of services: <br />• Evaluate Sanitary Sewer connection alternatives. <br />• Evaluate Watermain alignment and looping alternatives. <br />• Evaluate Storm sewer collection and discharge alternatives. <br />• Develop cost estimates for the proposed improvements. <br />• Evaluate financing and funding alternatives. <br />• Prepare written feasibility report. <br />Based or the scope of services shown above, Bolton & Menk proposed to complete the study for <br />a not -to -exceed fee of $3,500 to be billed at our hourly rates. <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information about the proposed <br />scope of services. <br />Sincerely, <br />BOLTON & MINK INC. <br />David P.
