DELAWARE STATE UNIVERSITY BUSINESS NAME: pLUELIC ACCOUNTING SERVICE LOCATION: 6511 169th LAN~ N.W., ANOKA, MINNESOTA (OFFICE LocATED IN HEsIDENCE) SCOPE OF BUSINESS: To render accounting services to .smail businesses and private individuais reqUiring accounting services. The business renders services to approximately 4 persons daily during tax preparat&on season. This covers from January 15th to April 15th of each year. Services supplied during the remainder of the year are to sms-ll businesses. This encompasses the maintainance of their books and preparation of related finamcial and quarterly reports. The business does not offer any rets~l s~les or services which require any continuous or heavy flow of customer traffic or parking. It ~ill in no way affect any norms-I function or operation in the neighborhood nor ~cause any inconvenience to any other residents of this area. Most appointments ~ith clients last appro~imately one to one and one-haif hours, and ~ill require no speci~-l parking requirements other than the drive~ay of the above listed residence. SPECIAL REQUESTS: Request permission to erect sign measuring 22 inches in heighth and 48 inches in length stating name of business. This is to identify location of business and prevent anY inconvenience to neighbors by business clients ~ho are not familiar with location of business. Many homes in my area are ~ithout house numbers and the streets are poorly lighted. 0TH~ INFORMATION: Most non tax clients do not patronize business facility other than to periodically pick up required books and forms prepared by above listed business. Paperwork prepared for these clients are picked up at their place of business by above named applicant, prepared at her place of business and then picked up by the client. This in no way causes anY chamge in the norm~ flow of traffic or the normsl operation of neighborhood functions. This basicaily is a part-time business ~ith no employees other than applicant. This ~ill enable me to be home ~ith my chJ_ldren and still continue to carry on my profession.
