NOTICE OF PUBLIC.HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing at 7:30 P.M., on <br />November 3, 1980 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Mn 55303. <br /> The purpose of said public hearing is to consider the application <br /> of Linda R. Monte for a Conditional Use Permit for the purpose of <br /> conducting a business of accounting services to small businesses and <br /> private individuals and to erect a sign stating name of business at <br /> 6511 - 169th Lane N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> The property if legally described as Shady Lawn Estate.s, Lot 7, <br /> Block 6.
