Ramsey City Council <br />Page 2 <br />October 24, 1980 <br /> <br />In summary, I feel this is grossly unfair and I <br />intend to pursue this matter until I get a fair <br />decision. <br /> <br />As previously stated I do not intend, now or in <br />the future, to build a home or sell the "building <br />site" west of my home. I moved to Ramsey to keep <br />horses and other animals, not to buy a home and a <br />"building site". If it would settle the matter, I <br />would be willing to sign a statement of intent <br />that I would not sell that "building site" while <br />I own the property. <br /> <br />I am requesting that this letter be part of the <br />public hearing files when this project (80-16) <br />is assessed out. <br /> <br />Donald J.
