Points <br /> <br />0 to 10' <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />0 to 5* <br /> <br />0 to5* <br /> <br />Allocation Plan Achievement - <br />Municipalities are awarded points based on <br />the percentage of the Council's 1980-1983 <br />Subsidized Housing Allocation Plan family and <br />lar:e family goals which the communities nave <br />acnleved as follows: <br /> <br />100+ - 10 points 50-59% - 5 points <br />90-99% - 9 40-49% - 4 <br />80-89% - 8 30-39% - 3 <br />70-79% - 7 20-29% - 2 <br />60-69% - 6 1-19% - 1 <br /> <br />Municipalities not allocated individual <br />numerical goals in the 1980-1983 plan.'but . <br />provide subsidized housing opportunities <br />during the period of this plan through the <br />allocation-to the "balance of the M~tropolitan <br />Area" receive ~ point for each family or large <br />family unit achieved-up to 10 points. <br /> <br />Family Subsidized Housing Achievement - <br />Municipalities-in whicn-~wo percent or more of- <br />the total housing stock is low- and moderate- <br />income subsidized receive five points if 50 <br />percent or more of such housing is not <br />specifically designated as elderly units and <br />has two or more bedrooms. <br /> <br />Proposed'Subsidized Housings- <br />Municipalities receive an additional three <br />points if they can verify that in. the past two <br />years they have received a proposal for a <br />family subsidized housing development not yet _ <br />selected for funding by HUD, MHFA, or FmHA <br />which i~ consistent with regional goals and <br />policies, and for which they have granted <br />necessary municipal approvals and would issue <br />a building permit or can demonstrate that <br />there are no remaining municipal impediments <br />to the development. <br /> <br />Modest-Cost HomeownershiD Units - <br />Municipalities are ranked according to the <br />percentage of their total homesteaded housing <br />units in 1980 which are within a modest-cost <br />range based upon 1980 market value data <br />compiled by the county. <br /> <br />Modest-Cost Rental Units - <br />Municipalities are ranked according to the <br />percentage of their total rental housing <br />within a modest-cost range based on the most <br />current available census data. (For example, <br />units renting for between $150 and $199, 1970 <br />census) . <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
