I sent a letter on July 24, <br />1980 also asking for this response so the EQB could proceed with its re- <br />view and approval of your plan. No response has been received. This <br />letter is attached for your review. <br /> Please prepare a response as quickly as possible so we can begin to review <br /> your plan changes or deal with any remaining difficult questions.
