Minnesota C~ble Communicatmons <br />from the City of Andover that it be included in the previously <br />approved cable service territory for Anoka, Champlin and Ramsey- <br />The Board is scheduled to act on this proposal at its September 12 <br />meeting.. <br />In that Andover is partially within the Anoka_Freestanding Growth <br />CRater and includes a portion of the Metropolitan urban Service Area <br />(M.U.S.A.) not covered by any approved or proposed cable service <br />territories, tkis addition is consistent with the Council's <br />Districting Report which reCommends that initial district coverage <br />coincide with ~ke M.U.S.A. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />That the Metropolitan Council inf°-~m the Minnesota Cable Communi- <br />cations Boar~ that it finds no conflict between the proposed addition <br />of Andover to the knoka-Champlin-Ramsey Cable Service Territory <br />and relevant plans and reports that the Council has adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />
