11) Rivlyn & Tungston - this area had a lot of standing water this spring
but with the street and storm sewer improvement the water problem should be
solved.
12) Hunter's Hill - this was a smashed culvert that a car or truck had
run over. We repaired the culvert.

13) 148th Lane west of County Road 5 - this street had minor washing on the
edge of the road, a common problem with dirt streets.
14) 153rd west of Sunfish Lake Blvd. - this is a low area that has to pond
a certain amount of water before it will run down the ditch. This spring
water was about a foot deep on the road but I dug the ditch about a foot
deeper and built the road up about a half a foot so it will just be water
in the ditch.
15) 153rd west .of Zirconium - in this area, water ran from a ditch to a
back yard and a walkout basement. We installed a culvert to drain water
across the road.
16) Limonite Street south of 151st Street - This is another low area in the
middle of the block and nowhere for water to go. A storm sewer is the only
solution but it doesn't threaten any houses so I don't recommend it.
17 & 18) Garnet Street - these are washout problems that are common for dirt
streets.
19) 164th & Azurite - This is a low area with nowhere for the water to go
and doesn't tlmreaten any houses.
20) Yttrium Street south of 167th - This is a low area with nowhere for
the water to go and it does flood one basement. Possibly a dry well would
work.
21) Rolling Green - This is a dirt road with minor washing problems.
22) Brookview - This is a low area and one lot is lower than the ditch.
Homeowner pumps his own lot to the ditch.
23) Vanadium - This was a plugged culvert which we cleaned.
24) 177th Avenue - This was a pond in the back yard that didn't bother any
thing but the homeowner got excited. The unstable road bed in these two
areas is clay corming through and will need more Class V.

· 25) Vanadium - This was a plugged driveway culvert. We raised the culvert
about six inches to get drainage.

26) 180th Lane - This culvert froze up for some unknown reason - It may
have to be reset because it is not plugged.
