5) That the performance standards are as follows: <br /> a) The fire protection is provided by the City of Anoka and <br /> no additional fire hazard will be created. <br /> b) Electrical disturbances are not applicable. <br /> c) Noise pollution will not be applicable. <br /> d) Vibrations will not be applicable. <br /> e) Odors will not be applicable. <br /> f) Glare is not applicable. <br /> g) Erosion is not applicable. <br /> h) Adequate water supplies and sewage disposal facilities <br /> exist or will be provided. <br /> 6) That the applicant has agreed to enter into an agreement with the City <br /> of Ramsey. Said agreement is hereby incorporated as a part of these find- <br /> ings and includes restrictions and terms as specified by the applicant as <br /> well as the City of Ramsey Planning Commission. <br /> 7) That the applicant has brought his request to the City Council and they <br /> directed the preparation of findings of fact in accordance with Sections <br /> 170.016D, 170.016E and 170.016F of the Ramsey City Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
