That the applicant resides and has fee title to a 4.9 acre tract of land in the City of Ramsey legally described as: That part of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the %~est line of the NortheaSt Quarter of southwest Quarter at its intersection with the center line of county Road 63; thence North along said West line of the Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter and continuing along the West line of the Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter a distance of 763 feet; thence East at right angles a distance of 75 feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction to a point of intersection with the South line of the Southeast Quarter of Northwest East of the Southwest cor~er rter said point being 210' hwest Quarter; thence ~n Qua ...... st Quarter of Nort. ~ ~ ~ntersection along said ~ou~n~ of ~__1,~ direction to a po~n~ w~ * being 300 a SoutheaS~u~ ~ the center line of county Road 63, said point feet southeasterly along said center line from the point of beginning; thence along the center line of county Road 63,300 feet to the point of beginning- ALSO that part of the Northwest Quarter of the southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka county, lying Northerly of County Road 63.
