RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ra~sey that the street hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of the'Minnesota Laws of 1967. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Corm~issioner of Transpor- tation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 109 · ADOPTED December 16, 1980 Mayor ATTEST: City Administrator CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a Resolution duly passed, adopted and approved by the City Council of said City on December 16, 1980.
