RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION REVISING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTE~4 WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the revisions hereinafter described should be made to the existing Municipal State Aid Street System under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967 Chapter 162: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the segment on Municipal State Aid Street 102 between State Trunk Highway No. 47 and Helium Street N.W. and all segments on Municipal State Aid Street 103 be deleted from the Municipal State Aid Street System. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the alignment of Municipal State Aid Street 101 be revised and described as follows, to wit: Puma Street N.~. between U.S. Highway 10 and 169 and 153rd Avenue N.W. 153rd Avenue N.W..between Puma Street N.W. No. tent street between Armstrong Boulevard N.W. and Armstrong Boulevard N.W., nonexi~ at 153rd Avenue N.~. and Zeolite Street N.W. at 155th Avenue N.W., nonexistent 155th Avenue N.W. between Zeolite Street N.W. and Variolite Street N.W., Variolite Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and County Road 63, County Road 63 between Variolite Street N.W. and Peridat Street N.W., nonexistent street between County Road 63 at Peridat Street N.W. and C.S.A.H. No. 5 at Green Valley Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the alignment of Municipal State Aid Street 104 be revised and described as follows, to wit: nonexistent street between Puma Street N.W. at 152nd Avenue N.W. and Armstrong Boulevard N.W. at 149th Avenue N.W. and non- existent street between Armstrong Boulevard N.W. at 149th Avenue N.W. and Ramsey Boulevard N.W. at 147th Avenue N.W., County Road No. 116 between Ramsey Boulevard N.W. and Hematite Street N.W., nonexistent street between County Road No. 116 and Sunfish Lake Boulevard, Sunfish Lake Drive between Sunfish Lake Boulevard and Sodium Street N.W., nonexistent street between Sunfish Lake Drive and Lithium Street N.W. at 148th Lane N.W., 148th Lane N.W. between Lithium Street N.W. and C.S.A.H. No. 5, nonexistent 148th Lane between C.S.A.H. No. 5 and State Trunk Highway No. 47. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Administrator is hereb.v authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Con~nissioner of Transporta- tion for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the revisions of said road or portion thereof, that same constructed, improved and maintained as part of the State Aid Street System of the City of Ramsey.
