RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the street <br />hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the <br />provisions or.the Minnesota Laws of 1967. <br /> <br />Chapter 162: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council Of the City of Ramsey that the <br />road described as follows, to wit: Feldspar Street N.W. between U.S. Highway No. <br />10 and 169 and 138th Avenue N.W., 138th Avenue N.W. between Feldspar Street N.H. <br />and Coquina Street N.W., nonexistent Front Street between Coeuina Street N.H. and <br />Uranium Street N.W., Front Street between Uranium Street N.W. and Tungsten Street <br />N.W., Tungsten Street N.W. between Front Street N.W. and U.S. Highway No. 10 and <br />169. <br />be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street <br />of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the <br />State of Minnesota. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed <br />to forward two certified CoDies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transpor- <br />tation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said <br />road or portion thereof, that same be constructed~ improved and maintained as a <br />Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Muni- <br />cipal State Aid Street 108. <br /> <br />ADOPTED December 16, 1980 <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct cony of a Resolution <br />duly passed, adopted and approved by the City Council of said City on December 16, <br />1980. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City of Ramsey <br /> <br /> <br />
