The City will execute and deliver a signed copy of the Joint Powers Agree- ment and pay an initial contribution equal to that thus far contributed by the cities of Anoka, Champlin, and Ramsey. That the cost of the Cable Commission will in the future be divided equally among the four cities who are members of the Anoka/Champlin/ Ramsey Cable Commis- sion. C. Motion 10.9.3. Adopted. Lobbyist Policy. The Commission believes that aside from discussions initiated by individual directors for the purpose of answering individual questions all communication worthy of consideration by one director is worthy of communication to all direc- tors at a regular scheduled meeting of the Commission. o In the democratic free exchange of ideas, a lobbyist best serves the per- spective he or she represents by the open expression of that perspective before the entire CommissiOn so that all directors have the opportunity to sub- ject that represented perspective to public scrutiny and questioning. o The Commission believes that in order to credit any input it receives from indi- viduals who are not members of the Commission the supplier of that informa- tion must be identified along with the identification of any vested interest, association, cable company or the like represented by said lobbyist. The Commission requests that all indi- viduals sharing information with indi- vidual directors, alternates, staff or the Commission as a. whole, identify themselves and any vested interest, association, cable company or the like which he or she represents.
