This is a new <br /> draft of these guidelines which the Ramsey City Council should <br /> review carefully and make their recommended changes in letter <br /> form to the Metro Council. <br /> b) Our letter dated December 2, 1980 to the Metro Council re- <br /> quested a time delay on the Physical Development Committee <br /> action on the above document. <br /> <br /> c) Metro Council letter dated December 4, 1980 in response to <br /> our letter above. <br /> Comments: They (Metro Council) wouldn't delay the Metro <br /> Council Physical Development Committee meeting on this issue. <br /> However, there will be a public hearing on this issue sometime <br /> in January and we should prepare ourselves for that meeting. <br /> Council Action: Your action will be to give Staff direction <br /> as to how much involvement you want us to make on this issue. <br /> <br /> <br />
