Whether the proposed amendment may result in an <br /> effluent flow from the service area in.which the pro- <br /> posed change(s) is(are) located that exceeds the 1990 <br /> or five-year staging forecasts originally projected in <br /> the local sewer policy plan; <br /> <br /> c. Whether the proposed amendment may result in a change <br /> to the local sewer policy plan concerning local or <br /> private central sewer facilities for which a National <br /> Pollution Discharge Elimination Systems or State <br /> Disposal System permit or permit modification may be <br /> required; <br /> <br />d. Whether the proposed amendment may result in less <br /> restrictive standards and conditions to be adopted for <br /> the installation or operation of private sewer facil- <br /> ities than those described in the original plan; <br /> <br /> e. Whether the proposed amendment may have an impact on <br /> usage of existing regional parks and open space <br /> ' facilities; - <br /> <br /> f. Whether the proposed amendment may have an impact on <br /> natural resources relating to a regional park or trail <br /> facility. Impact on natural resources includes the <br /> impact on the level, flow, or quality of water <br /> resources (lakes, streams, wetlands) and impact on <br /> wildlife populations or habitat (migration routes,- <br /> breeding sites,-plant communities); ~ <br /> <br /> Whether the proposed amendment may have an i~pact on <br /> the-~utureacquisition-Df land in an area proposed to - <br /> be a facil%ty or-part-Df a faci-lity of the regional <br /> recreation open space system. <br /> <br /> h. Whether the proposed amendment may result in any <br /> change in the timing, staging, volume, capacity, <br /> design, location or functional classification of local <br /> transportation facilities that have interchanges with <br /> the metropolitan highway system from those shown in <br /> the approved comprehenslve plan; <br /> <br /> J. Whether the proposed amendment may necessitate a <br /> change in the timing, design or location of existing <br /> or proposed interchanges with the metropolitan highway <br /> system from those shown in the approved comprehensive <br /> plan; <br /> <br /> k. Whether the proposed amendment may result in a change <br /> in transit service or facilities from those in the <br /> approved comprehensive plan; <br /> <br /> <br />
